Among them, one member has ten years of experience in the cleaning category, having served as a product manager at Midea from 2010 to 2015, where he was deeply involved in product strategy planning and market coordination. He then continued his product management career at Ecovacs from 2016 to 2019 and ultimately founded Bosheng in 2020, accurately capturing market trends and user demands for cleaning products.
Another member brings eighteen years of experience in cleaning product R&D, having long worked at Levo as R&D Manager, leading numerous technological innovations and upgrades in cleaning products. Later, he served as R&D Director at Midea, during which he obtained over a hundred product patents, fueling the continuous drive for innovation in cleaning technology and laying a solid foundation for Bosheng’s products.
There is also a member with fifteen years of experience in cleaning product project procurement. Having worked as Procurement Director at both Ecovacs and ZMI, this team member excelled in supply chain management, optimizing procurement costs by 200 million RMB annually. At Bosheng, he effectively ensures product cost control and efficient resource integration.
In the field of cleaning product testing, another team member has ten years of dedicated experience, having served as the Testing Leader at Tineco. In 2021, he actively participated in the formulation of the China Household Electrical Appliances Association’s group standard for “Household and Similar Use Floor Scrubbers” (T/CHEAA 0018—2021). His professional and rigorous testing experience ensures that Bosheng products maintain industry-leading quality and performance.
